Processing method and maximum dimensions
Automated processing
Our equipment enables automated hanging silver plating including materials with a maximum size of 1200x800x400 mm.
Bulk silvering on automatic machine is possible for products with a maximum weight of up to 100 kg/batch, ensuring process efficiency and performance. This technology makes it possible to process large quantities of products at once, which is perfect for industrial needs and the production of large batches of smaller pieces.
Manual processing
For smaller products, we offer manual hanging silver plating with a maximum size of 300x500x150 mm.
Manual bulk silver plating is available for products with a maximum weight of 10 kg, ensuring flexibility and detailed processing. This method allows individual approach and precise silver plating for products that require detailed attention and care.
Various options for applying silver to the surface
Various options for applying silver to the surface
Silver is applied directly or with an intermediate layer
Direct silver plating
We offer direct silver plating that enhances durability, conductivity and appearance of the surface.
Silver plating with copper or nickel intermediate layer
You also have the option to opt for silver plating with a copper or nickel intermediate layer. This flexibility of choice allows you to tailor the silver plating process to fully meet the specific performance and appearance requirements of your products.
An integral part of our silver plating process is the passivation of the coating, which is chrome-free and preserves the electrical properties of the coating.
