Can you mix the colour shade according to RAL?
This depends on the metal of which the product is made and how it is surface treated. Under certain conditions, yes.
How do the dimensions change when applying the surface treatment?
This depends on the base material. For steel (including stainless steel), the dimensions do not change even when reworking (repairing). The largest changes are seen in aluminium. The extent of changes depends on the pre-treatment amount.
Do you offer stainless steel plating?
Yes.
Is there any minimum requirement for the amount of materials to be surface treated?
This is dealt with on an individual basis. Sometimes, certain minimum quantity is required depending on the part size.

Do you also offer combined plating, i.e. application of several types of surface protection on a single product?
Yes, we are experienced in applying combinations of surface protections. We meet individual requirements for all types of plating. For example, we perform anodizing in combination with conversion coating as well as many other types of combined protections.
Do you have the necessary certificates for plating of aerospace products?
Yes, we are a holder of AS9100D and ČSN EN ISO 9001:2015 certificates.
